M&M's bodyshop at Longton in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire provides state-of-the-art repair facilities and, in most cases, a replacement vehicle whilst yours is being repaired.

All damage that has occurred will be fully diagnosed. Your vehicle will be stripped as necessary, our parts department taking charge of undamaged components and ordering replacements as required.

The vehicle repair process begins by "Reversing the accident", if necessary a high power pulling unit, guided by the latest ultrasonic measuring equipment, is utilised to ensure complete vehicle body realignment.

M&M technicians take constant measurements during this process from datum points provided by the vehicle manufacturers. Once this is completed and all new panels are in position the vehicle body is prepared for painting. All paints are individually formulated and colour matched on site to ensure complete colour accuracy. Once the vehicle has been painted it is allowed to bake at a high temperature in the spraybooth ⁄oven for the paint curing process to take place.

Once the vehicle has been refitted is then (where required) placed on our computerised 4–wheel alignment system in order to reset steering geometry within manufacturers' tolerance. The car is then cleaned inside and out. A road test by an experienced technician and a final quality inspection confirm the accuracy of the repair. Your vehicle is now available for you again

In today's service driven environment it is commonplace for M&M Vehicle Repairs to provide customers with alternative transport, whilst their vehicle is under repair.

At present we have a large fleet of 'A' class courtesy cars, such as the Vauxhall Corsa, Ford Fiesta or VW Polo, all of which are under 12 months old, and are available for our customers to use.

We also have a variety of courtesy vans, small and large and some larger vehicles that are available for upgrade to those seeking a more spacious vehicle. These are available at incredibly low rates – please enquire via bodyshop reception for more details and availability Obviously there are certain conditions and Insurer procedures that we have to follow and these will be fully explained to you at the time.

Most importantly, it means that you will not be without transport whilst your vehicle is off the road.
