PAS 125 Approved Repairer

During 2007 a new standard for body repair in the UK was introduced.

Working in partnership, Thatcham (the Motor Insurance Research and Repair Centre) and BSI have developed and implemented, through industry–wide consultation, a Publicly Available Specification (PAS) and Kitemark certification scheme which will drive and recognise quality standards within UK crash repair.

With the ever increasing complexity of vehicle technology and the acknowledged industry skills gap, the need for one common industry standard as a platform to aid business improvement has never been more vital. By consulting closely with leading industry organisations, Thatcham and BSI will deliver a workable specification and certification scheme designed by, and aimed at, those engaged in crash repair.

As a Glasurit and Standox certified body repair centre we are therefore able to offer their lifetime warranty which guarantees that the paint, materials and refinish methods used on your vehicle meet the highest standards in the body repair industry. Glasurit/BASF and Standox are world leaders in refinish materials for motor manufacturers, bodyshops. and insurance companies.

They are specified by many of the worlds leading names, such as Bentley, Audi, VW, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes and Porsche.

The Glasurit Lifetime* Refinish Warranty states: We guarantee that the paint finish will last as long as you own the car. If not, we’ll put it right.

M&M's Own Guarantee

The repair work carried out to your vehicle is guaranteed against faulty materials and ⁄ or workmanship under the same terms and conditions as given by the vehicle manufacturer.

This guarantee will run for any unexpired period under the Manufacture's Guarantee or from 36 months from the date of completion of the repairs, whichever is the longest.

In the event of a claim being pursued under this guarantee we will require sight of the original Manufacture's Guarantee and confirmation that the relevant terms and conditions have been met.

In certain cases some replacement parts ( eg mechanical ⁄ tyres ⁄ bulbs etc ) are subject to a shorter time or mileage guarantee which will apply.

Having your vehicle repaired by M&M Vehicle Repairs in no way affects your original Manufacture's Guarantee.

Our paintwork finish guarantee is endorsed by our paint suppliers who are amongst the largest in the world.

Your vehicle has passed through our Quality Control System where it has been checked during the whole of the repair process and has been subject to a final Quality Control Inspection by a senior member of the Production Team.

All of the information regarding the individual repair process to your vehicle is stored on our computer system and in a hard copy file format.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
